San Diego, I’m finally making my return trip.

To the place and the community that has somehow always made room for all of me, and allowed me to call you home every time I return, I’m full of gratitude and a wide open heart as I come back for this brief visit.

Finally getting some teachings available to meet you wherever you are with breath.

In addition to Facilitator Training (next one starts in August), I’m putting together some bite-size, experiential-based learning you can implement in your daily life or utilize in the ways you hold space for and relate to others.

This first series is 4 parts, combining my medical background with the traditional wisdoms of breath. We will dabble in simple pranayama you can utilize anytime, and we’ll explore the deeper dive and expanded states achievable with cyclic breathing patterns.

We’ll explore how each is useful, how to attune to your body’s needs to help it balance and regulate, how the breath affects the systems of the body, and how to choose a relationship to it with purpose and intention to foster vitality, healing, peace, and bliss during all circumstances of life.

It matters to me that we have the ability to access information, experiences, and connections that bring meaning, balance, inspiration, and intimacy to our lives. Not as a privilege for the few with money, but as beings that get to enjoy being provided for by the planet we call home.

This is where my offerings are springing from. I’m no holder of information, medicine, or experience in a way that makes me an expert of you, a knower of what’s right or best for you. I’m not looking to abuse and exploit the beautiful wisdom that’s been living through us as people since the first people. I’m simply a vessel that touches much, and enjoys sharing it with you, and watching you bloom as you pick up what speaks to you, allow it to inspire creation that was never here before you birthed it, and ENJOYS your choice to set down what is not for you- maybe for someone else to pick up, maybe for compost.

I’m a being living in the money game with all of you, always doing my best to find my own balance. All while walking with you, supporting you, sharing what I ‘know’ and my love to fill you up the way you do me. I’m open to being shown where I can do it better for all of us, especially for me. And I’m your biggest cheerleader to allow space for you to find what’s truth to you, and to HONOR IT gracefully, no matter how much friction it creates ANYWHERE in our lives.

Okay, I finally landed and have Wifi in our new home in Colorado!!!

After many blizzards and missed flights, I’m so happy to bring 2 events, FINALLY!!

This first event is Saturday February 3rd in the am. I’ve had lots of feedback around dates and times that do and don’t work, so I’m trying to incorporate some variety to get us all breathed 😁

Cedar Rapids, I’m home and excited to bring something I’ve been pouring my whole heart into the last few years♥️

Breath has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve had in my own journey into myself, and in creating the enormous impact I’ve been longing for in the world around me.

It is a bullet train from the mind down into the body to release stress, heal emotional, mental, and physical pains, and deepen our innerstanding of life.

It allows each of the layers of self to become aligned, accessing a euphoric state where you can leave feeling calm, open, and centered.

It’s a simple 3-part breath you get to choose into each step of the way, so the body can do the work for you. No substances needed here to get high on your own supply.

This breath becomes the perfect catalyst to prime the body for the fine attunement of sound frequency. The waves of the gongs travel through each cell of the body to continue shaking out what’s stagnant and realigning each organ and system to its highest function. All while you passively rest snuggled in after the powerful breathwork journey.

I'm getting to a place where I'm so far from the intro benefits of breathwork and the effects it has had on my life that I forget how simple it really is.

I've traveled so far from the girl I was taught how to be on my deep dive into the woman I have always been.

Breath is magical for things like stress, anxiety, inflammation, sleep, and euphoria. That's the hook line from lifetimes ago.

The truth is, breath has brought me to the places I always believed were for gurus, 'enlightened' beings, gods and goddesses, people descended from lineages of tried and true traditions.

It has shown me the power I have to release stories and patterns of reacting to stress from people in my bloodline I have never met.

I have re-explored journeys the plants have taken me on simply by choosing my relationship to breath intentionally.

I've felt ecstasy without needing a pill or plant to drop me in.

I've remembered the oneness of all of this over and over, no matter how deep into forgetting I seem to fall.

I've been accused of drinking the Kool-aid, following a cult. But this cult won't tell me the answer. Who I am, what to do, think, feel. This existence I find myself in simply arrives to be present with me while I discover these things for myself. No hurry, no agenda.

And the breath has me softening into not needing to be understood. It has brought me to thousands of people who have come home to the softness of love and ways of being with the hardest pains and fears on earth.

I get to teach people- not how to do or be like me, but how to discover what and how to be more of themselves- leading themselves home inside and in their own unique offerings (breath or otherwise).

This is how I get to be of service. To create MASSIVE change that reaches beyond what my mind can conceive in this moment. I invite us all to be surprised.

My favorite medicine. For me to receive, for me to share.

I see how these humans keep showing up and how we’re growing together.

I get to witness change over time. I get to build my medicine family-a deep calling on my heart. The medicine of breath, the plants, laughing, crying, loving, being seen and deeply seeing.

It’s here. And we are ready. People are fed up with what isn’t working and how it feels to try to fit ourselves into boxes that keep us numb, isolated and disconnected from our creative loving Self.

And in response we are taking responsibility. Creating lives and loves that allow us to be of service to the living organism that WE are together. To remember this and to come back to IN-joying it. We are no longer allowing fear and the systems born from it to choose for us. I see it, I feel it quickening among us.

I’m full- of hope, fire, love, and stillness to usher this change in. I am ready to offer- being deeply received as the love and medicine that I am. I am ready to receive- the love that fuels, heals, and nourishes me. Balancing what it means for all of us to be what we were always meant to be.

My favorite medicine. For me to receive, for me to share.

I see how these humans keep showing up and how we’re growing together.

I get to witness change over time. I get to build my medicine family-a deep calling on my heart. The medicine of breath, the plants, laughing, crying, loving, being seen and deeply seeing.

It’s here. And we are ready. People are fed up with what isn’t working and how it feels to try to fit ourselves into boxes that keep us numb, isolated and disconnected from our creative loving Self.

And in response we are taking responsibility. Creating lives and loves that allow us to be of service to the living organism that WE are together. To remember this and to come back to IN-joying it. We are no longer allowing fear and the systems born from it to choose for us. I see it, I feel it quickening among us.

I’m full- of hope, fire, love, and stillness to usher this change in. I am ready to offer- being deeply received as the love and medicine that I am. I am ready to receive- the love that fuels, heals, and nourishes me. Balancing what it means for all of us to be what we were always meant to be.

Saturday February 4th. 6-8pm

Our heart is the messenger of our purest desires. When we are open, centered, and listening, it leads us through all aspects of life with ease and grace. This is our center of love, joy, grief, shame, guilt, and gratitude.

Join us for a beautiful offering, combining two powerful modalities focusing on opening the heart center, and its extension through each layer of the body. We’ll get to drop into an intimate container within ourselves, and also have the opportunity to be held in loving support to move out what’s sitting stagnant, heal, and create space for the nudges of the heart.

We’ll use guided pranayama and breath kriya to purify and open the heart center and energetic layers of the body. We’ll activate Prana throughout the body and begin to break up karmic energy.

Next, we’ll receive the beautiful medicine of cacao to deepen our opening, being held by the gentle energy of the Mother. Cacao is a superfood rich in antioxidants and magnesium that is mildly activating, similar to a mild cup of coffee. It is non-psychoactive and appropriate for most bodies. We’ll be guided through working with the energy of cacao.

I am confronted with the deepest, most intense fear I have ever experienced. I do not want to busy myself. I don’t want to look away. I look into my own eyes, and I let the emotion take over my body, tears spilling, loud outbursts; I listen deeper.

There is still a deep fear of something in my most intimate space. A space that I am holding for myself in this moment. In deep, romantic partnership. As I listen, I feel a soft edge of rejection in my expression of my love with my Beloved. I witness the places I have sabotaged myself to ensure rejection by rejecting myself. But that is not it… that is not the thing keeping me paralyzed. The fear is in being CHOSEN. The fear is in the unknown of what it will be like in a foreign experience in my body. To ALLOW myself to be accepted, chosen, loved and desired when I don’t know the answer with my mind. When I’m in the quiet place, maybe in a place of doubt, fear, confusion, mess. In the silent space of nothing, waiting for the Divine timing of the message of my heart, surrendered. In the space of just being. I am terrified of what it is like to be loved with pure devotion here by my Beloved.

And so I sit every day. I watch the stories arise of what I have rejected in myself. And I begin to choose them with my own healing masculine energy. I watch as my unhealed masculine ego space judges the fact that my mind has discovered, processed this and that my body still wants to cry so much. Still wants someone to hear me say it so much. And I let my own Divine Feminine, Divine Masculine hug me. Hold me, tell me to take all the time I need. Cry all the tears I need, scream out the Rage for what my body has been holding back, blocking myself from for my entire life, and maybe long before. I find sensual desire for these expressions. Finding them delicious. Finding the medicine of my dance, swaying the stories up out of my hips, my womb. I find wholeness in my own Sacred Union within. Fully chosen, seen, held. I ease the edge of fear for the day I am looking into the eyes of my Beloved, and he chooses me. He says, “You’re the One.” So that I can say from the deepest place of truth, “Yes, I am.”

She is the perfect addition to every single healing modality I use-the plants, yoga, tantra- all of it.

Making the decision to dance with, surrender to, play curiously, and find discipline with the breath has transformed me in ways nothing else has. I show up to my practice any way I’ve found myself in life, and she greets me with open arms, judgment free, ready to match me in whatever I choose to bring to the altar.

She lets me lead, and many times, as my egoic mind has learned to trust the wisdom of my body, she lets me rest as she leads me on a journey deep into myself, allowing me to claim the rhythm, the cadence again any time I wish.

She meets me wherever I am, pushing the edge further than I ever thought possible at times, and she rides gently with me in the ever increasing moments when I remember to be soft and gentle with myself, nothing to prove, nobody to compete with or beat- even myself.

I have felt the penetrating impact of how Breathwork has moved me from places I have been yearning to grow from for decades.

I have felt the liberation and empowerment that Sacred Rage has brought to me in ways I didn't know were waiting for me to claim.

Most importantly, I've seen the collective shift in my courage to bring these offerings to my communities. I have witnessed epic magic, healing, and really transformative change in the world around me as I step into holding these spaces.

I see how profound this gets to be, and how creative and different the expression of each offering can be. I also see a deep need that I cannot meet alone, and the call has been made to my heart from my community to offer the wisdom to empower others to bring these medicines to life in communities beyond my current reach.
