The Little Yoga Studio has been one of my favorite sanctuaries to return to me, and my most Sacred Practices. I’m excited to gather here with an offering back.

San Diego, I’m finally making my return trip.

To the place and the community that has somehow always made room for all of me, and allowed me to call you home every time I return, I’m full of gratitude and a wide open heart as I come back for this brief visit.

I’ll be offering the things I hold dearest in my heart for anyone looking to connect with me while I’m home.

I won’t have a whole lot of room for many 1:1 hangouts, as the calendar is already quite full. I would, however, love to squeeze as many of you as I can in whatever way works while I’m home again.

Finally getting some teachings available to meet you wherever you are with breath.

In addition to Facilitator Training (next one starts in August), I’m putting together some bite-size, experiential-based learning you can implement in your daily life or utilize in the ways you hold space for and relate to others.

This first series is 4 parts, combining my medical background with the traditional wisdoms of breath. We will dabble in simple pranayama you can utilize anytime, and we’ll explore the deeper dive and expanded states achievable with cyclic breathing patterns.

We’ll explore how each is useful, how to attune to your body’s needs to help it balance and regulate, how the breath affects the systems of the body, and how to choose a relationship to it with purpose and intention to foster vitality, healing, peace, and bliss during all circumstances of life.

It matters to me that we have the ability to access information, experiences, and connections that bring meaning, balance, inspiration, and intimacy to our lives. Not as a privilege for the few with money, but as beings that get to enjoy being provided for by the planet we call home.

This is where my offerings are springing from. I’m no holder of information, medicine, or experience in a way that makes me an expert of you, a knower of what’s right or best for you. I’m not looking to abuse and exploit the beautiful wisdom that’s been living through us as people since the first people. I’m simply a vessel that touches much, and enjoys sharing it with you, and watching you bloom as you pick up what speaks to you, allow it to inspire creation that was never here before you birthed it, and ENJOYS your choice to set down what is not for you- maybe for someone else to pick up, maybe for compost.

I’m a being living in the money game with all of you, always doing my best to find my own balance. All while walking with you, supporting you, sharing what I ‘know’ and my love to fill you up the way you do me. I’m open to being shown where I can do it better for all of us, especially for me. And I’m your biggest cheerleader to allow space for you to find what’s truth to you, and to HONOR IT gracefully, no matter how much friction it creates ANYWHERE in our lives.

My favorite communion of all parts of me. Our Sacred Rage.

I’m always upleveling this container of somatic movement, breathwork, and sound. This fresh start, I am coming with big dreams, big love, big support to get all our little wildfires touching to ignite something that catalyzes us as ONE to right relation with Mama Earth, ourselves, and all beings.

Cedar Rapids, I’m home and excited to bring something I’ve been pouring my whole heart into the last few years♥️

Breath has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve had in my own journey into myself, and in creating the enormous impact I’ve been longing for in the world around me.

It is a bullet train from the mind down into the body to release stress, heal emotional, mental, and physical pains, and deepen our innerstanding of life.

It allows each of the layers of self to become aligned, accessing a euphoric state where you can leave feeling calm, open, and centered.

It’s a simple 3-part breath you get to choose into each step of the way, so the body can do the work for you. No substances needed here to get high on your own supply.

This breath becomes the perfect catalyst to prime the body for the fine attunement of sound frequency. The waves of the gongs travel through each cell of the body to continue shaking out what’s stagnant and realigning each organ and system to its highest function. All while you passively rest snuggled in after the powerful breathwork journey.

Enjoy the multi sensory adventure that is your body while you heal, find your own euphoria, and connect with community.

It's time for me to adventure again. This means I'II be leaving the San Diego area (for now) and will be on the move. I plan to be back hosting workshops at Sojourn Healing Collective and offering my favorites in and out still.

This means I'lI be shifting to offer online breathwork more. I'II be able to work with you 1:1 virtually and I'II be hosting more FREE online breathwork to stay connected to my roots here in San Diego!

I'm beyond grateful and so inspired by all the humans who I've been able to work with here, and I know my medicine is well-received and held in this community. I'm getting to a place where I'm so far from the intro benefits of breathwork and the effects it has had on my life that I forget how simple it really is.

I've traveled so far from the girl I was taught how to be on my deep dive into the woman I have always been.

Breath is magical for things like stress, anxiety, inflammation, sleep, and euphoria. That's the hook line from lifetimes ago.

The truth is, breath has brought me to the places I always believed were for gurus, 'enlightened' beings, gods and goddesses, people descended from lineages of tried and true traditions.

It has shown me the power I have to release stories and patterns of reacting to stress from people in my bloodline I have never met.

I have re-explored journeys the plants have taken me on simply by choosing my relationship to breath intentionally.

I've felt ecstasy without needing a pill or plant to drop me in.

I've remembered the oneness of all of this over and over, no matter how deep into forgetting I seem to fall.

I've been accused of drinking the Kool-aid, following a cult. But this cult won't tell me the answer. Who I am, what to do, think, feel. This existence I find myself in simply arrives to be present with me while I discover these things for myself. No hurry, no agenda.

And the breath has me softening into not needing to be understood. It has brought me to thousands of people who have come home to the softness of love and ways of being with the hardest pains and fears on earth.

I get to teach people- not how to do or be like me, but how to discover what and how to be more of themselves- leading themselves home inside and in their own unique offerings (breath or otherwise).

This is how I get to be of service. To create MASSIVE change that reaches beyond what my mind can conceive in this moment. I invite us all to be surprised.
